DATE : 28/08/2018 This is an application for grant of furlough for a period of 28 days. In response to the notice issued by this Court, the respondents have filed affidavit stating in paragraph no.5 as under :- "5.

It is further submitted that, after rejecting the petitioner's application on 08.02.2017, he again filed application for furlough leave. The same was granted by the respondent No.1 on 12.07.2018 on the conditions enumerated therein the order. Copy of the same is annexed herewith and marked as Annexure R-1. Hence the petitioner is already released on furlough leave for 28 days on 14.07.2018."
