We have perused the petition. The Petitioners - Villagers of Village Velsi had sought a direction to Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 not to shift the school run by Respondent private institution from Village Velsi.

This petition was filed in the year 2008. No interim relief was granted. Learned A.G.P. states that the school has already been shifted and concerned staff has been absorbed. It is not possible and practicable to restore the position. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Rule discharged.
