In the reply filed by the respondent no.2 it has been stated that on 24.06.2022 the tribe claim of the petitioner has been invalidated. In view thereof, the interim relief which was granted in Writ Petition No.2613 of 2022 would now not survive. For that reason, it is not necessary to keep the contempt petition pending.
