DATED : 19-06-2018 The applicants are apprehending arrest in Crime 73/2018 registered with the Nandgaon Khandeshwar Police Station for offences punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

The primary accusations are against one Atul Lavhale. The limited accusation against the applicants is that applicant 1 Subhashrao, who is aged 72 years and is a Retired Teacher, is the real Uncle and applicant 2 Smt. Gayatri is the wife of the said Atul.

Nothing is brought to my notice to suggest that there is prima facie material against the present applicants to connect them with the crime allegedly committed by the said Atul.

In the light of the accusations and the material on record, the application shall have to be allowed.

The interim order dated 25-4-2018 is confirmed. 6.

The applicant shall abide by the conditions imposed by the interim order.
