The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to her transfer pursuant to the order dated 21/03/2023. It is the case of the petitioner that she suffers from various medial ailments and her transfer from the school at Amravati to the school at Dharni would cause inconvenience to her. She has made a representation in that regard on 11/04/2023. The same is said to be pending.

In these facts the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.1 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11/04/2023 in the light of Clause 5.10 of the Government Resolution dated 07/04/2021 by 12/05/2023. The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner.

The petitioner shall communicate this order to the respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Till the decision is taken by the respondent No.1, the petitioner shall not be released from her present posting.

Order accordingly. No costs.
