Heard learned counsel Shri Gaurav Singh Sengar for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader Mrs. Ketki Joshi for respondent No.1/State.

The petitioner seeks appointment on the basis of recruitment process conducted in pursuance of advertisement published in August 2012. It is not in dispute that the process was itself over in May 2013. This petition has been filed almost after three years.

In this situation, as the challenge raised is stale, we are not inclined to intervene in extra ordinary jurisdiction.

The writ petition is rejected. No costs.
