From the perusal of para 5 of the reply, it appears that investigation is in progress. Charge-sheet is to be filed. Custodial interrogation of the application is not required.

In that view of the matter, ad-interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicant by this Court on 25.06.2020 is hereby confirmed.
