DATE : October 06, 2015 Though time of eight weeks was granted to deposit amount of compensation as per order dated 12/08/2015, said amount has not been deposited.

Further time of four weeks is granted by way of last chance to deposit the amount of compensation. If the amount is not deposited within said period, the ad interim stay granted on 12/08/2015 shall stand vacated. If such deposit is made, execution of the impugned judgment shall remain stayed during pendency of the proceedings.
