The appeal is already decided on 12.11.2022 in Lok-Adalat. As per the said settlement the respondent No.2 - Insurance Company has to pay an additional amount of Rs.5,00,000/- towards full and final settlement of entire compensation. However, the period of depositing the amount is already over, and therefore, office is not accepting the said amount, therefore, this application is for direction. 2.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, Registry is directed to accept the cheque of Rs. 5,00,000/- bearing No.673681 within two days. 3.

Steno copy is granted.

Civil application is disposed of.
