This is an application for condonation of delay in filing an appeal against judgment and order of conviction passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Akola whereby learned Judge of the Court below convicted the applicants in Sessions Trial held against them for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 324 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and are directed to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 7 years.
