The present application is filed for grant of stay to the impugned judgment and award passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Wardha awarded amount of compensation of Rs.13,97,984/- alongwith 9% interest.

There shall be stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and award passed on 03/10/2022 subject to deposit of total decreetal amount within a period of twelve weeks with this Court. Failure to which, stay granted shall stand vacated.
