CIVIL APPLICATION (CAN) NO. 37/2023 Present application is filed by the respondent/applicant for handing over the keys of godown of which the goods were attached. As matter was amicably settled, and petition is dismissed on 24/04/2023, nothing remained in the matter. As such, keys of the godown of which respondent is the owner, which were deposited by Commissioner after seizure of the goods is lying with the Registrar. The said keys were placed on record along with reports.

The Registrar (Judicial), is hereby directed to hand over the keys to the Counsel for respondent, upon executing due acknowledgment and verification of the same within a period of two weeks.
