The application is opposed by the non-applicants by filing reply. It is stated that the reasons mentioned are not sufficient. Perusal of the application indicates that the original appellant who was prosecuting the appeal expired after judgment of the appellate Court. Reasons assigned therefore appear to be acceptable.
