The Applicant - Respondent No.1 has filed Application for withdrawal of the compensation amount deposited by the Appellant in this Court.

The Appellant has withdrawn First Appeal No. 58 of 2014 on 17th March 2019 before the National Lok Adalat. Accordingly, the Appeal was disposed of. 3.

By this Application, Applicant - Respondent No.1 prays for withdrawal of 30% of the remaining decreetal amount.

According to the Applicant, 70% of the amount deposited has already been withdrawn. Other side has no objection for the same. In view thereof, following order is passed.

ORDER

(A) The Applicant is permitted to withdraw the balance decreetal amount along with accrued interest.

(B) Civil Application stands disposed of in above terms.
