Heard Shri Parchure, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No. 1 - Education society. He has no objection if the delay is condoned. He, however, submits that if results can be declared, Respondent No. 1 has no objection even for review.
Mrs. Gauri Venkatraman, learned counsel appearing for the applicant - Nursing Council states that if there is no inspection, results may not be declared. In this situation, Shri Parchure, learned counsel seeks time of two weeks to file reply to review petition. Accordingly, with consent of respondent No. 1, we condone delay.
