Heard learned Advocate Shri Sharma for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mrs. Deshmukh for the State/non-applicant.

Learned Advocate Shri Sharma has pointed out reply filed by the prosecution and submitted that investigation is complete and the charge-sheet is ready. 4.

Perused the First Information Report (FIR) lodged by the complainant. In FIR, the complainant has nowhere mentioned about the sexual intercourse by the applicant. Custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required. Hence, interim anticipatory bail granted vide order dated 9-6-2020 is hereby confirmed.
