However, today, the Registry has received communication from the Regional Forensic Science Laboratory dated 29.4.2019.

The communication is taken on record.

In view of the communication, the parties shall attend the Central Forensic Laboratory, Nagpur on 14.5.2019. It is clarified that it would not be necessary for the parties to be accompanied by any employee of the Court or any third person deputed by the Court.

The parties shall however, satisfy the Regional Forensic Science Laboratory of their identity. Steno copy granted.
