We are informed by Mr. Patre, learned counsel for the petitioner that there exists vacancies with the respondent no.4 which is not fill in till this date.

That being so, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent nos. 3 and 4 to decide the representation of the petitioner by treating the copy of writ petition as representation as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this order.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
