While granting interim protection, the applicant was directed to attend Police Station Sakharkherda (Raja), District Buldhana from 25.06.2018 to 27.06.2018 between 10:00 a.m. and 02:00 p.m. and to co-operate with the Investigating Officer.
Shri N.B. Jawade, the learned A.P.P., in all fairness, states on instructions that the applicant has attended the Police Station as directed and has co-operated with the investigating officer.
The applicant has recently given birth to a child. That apart, in view of the accusations and the material on record, I do not see any difficulty in allowing this application and confirming the interim order. In the event of arrest the applicant shall be released on furnishing personal bond of Rs.15,000/- with a solvent surety of the like amount.

The applicant shall co-operate with the investigating officer.
The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence nor shall attempt to influence the witnesses in any manner. The application is disposed of accordingly.
