The petitioner who was unrepresented at the time when the petition is disposed seeks review of the judgment on the ground that the amount of incentive remuneration receivable by the Daily Deposit Collectors is not properly calculated by the authority while passing of order under Section 7A of the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952. The submission is that the amount is to be calculated as per the guidelines laid down in the judgment given in the case of The Pachora People's Cooperative Bank Ltd. Vs. The Employees Provident Fund Organization, in Review Application No.186 of 2016 in Writ Petition No. 5086 of 2011 with Civil Application No. 4814 of 2015 in Review Application No. 186 of 2016. Though legal points are raised in the review application, I find that the basic details of relevant facts are not mentioned.

2 cao616.17 Faced with this situation, the learned advocate for the applicant/petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh applications. The civil application No.616 of 2017 and Misc. Civil Application St. No. 10022 of 2017 are disposed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
