Although the ground of parity is strenuously placed in service, I am not impressed. The material against the co-accused who are released on bail by this court is not similar or identical. This of course is a prima facie observation, since the learned for the applicant seeks to withdraw the application.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.

However, the learned Trial Court is expected to conclude the trial expeditiously. If there is no significant progress in the trial for six months. The applicant shall be at liberty to file a fresh bail application on the ground of delay in trial.
