Accordingly, the parties have tendered across the bar a joint application for disposal of the petition. The application is taken on record. In view thereof, the petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties.

The respondent no. 1 in person seeks permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the petitioners with the Registry of this Court along with interest accrued thereon. Since the petition has been disposed of and since the learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection, the request is allowed. The amount be paid to the respondent no. 1 in person along with interest accrued thereon.
