Heard.

It is stated in the application that because of ignorance of law, the delay has occurred in this case. The grounds so taken cannot be obviously accepted as a legal justification for the reason. However, a close perusal of the application discloses that there are some other grounds, which are taken by the applicants which, in my view, would constitute a sufficient cause. Therefore, this application deserves to be allowed conditionally.

The application is allowed. The delay is condoned subject to the condition that the applicants shall furnish to this Court a written undertaking that they shall forgo to the interest on the enhanced compensation, if any, from the date

caf.1233.15 2 of the award passed by the Reference Court till final disposal of the appeal.

The appeal be registered. The application is disposed of accordingly.
