Heard learned counsel for the parties. Perused the FIR.

It is not in dispute that that applicant is said to have only removed gold ring from the person of the deceased who has been arrayed as accused in the crime in question under Section 302 of the IPC read with other offences. The other three accused have been released on bail by order of this Court in Criminal Application Nos. 113/2015, 27/2015 and 155/2015.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application (BA) No.388/2015 is allowed.

(ii) Applicant-Rajkumar s/o Ashokrao Gaulkar shall be released on bail in Crime No.41/2014 for an offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120-B, 143 and 404 of the Indian Penal Code, registered with

ba388.15 Police Station Bela, Nagpur on his executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount. (iii) The applicant shall attend Police Station Bela, Dist. Nagpur on every Sunday between 10.00 am and 04.00 p.m. and shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer during investigation.

(iv) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall not influence the witnesses.
