After hearing learned Counsel for the applicant on the last occasion itself, we have shown our disinclination, but on his statement that the Forensic report is received, we have kept the matter on the next date. Now he submitted that the Forensic report was not filed in the trial Court. In view of that, he seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file after the Forensic report is received.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file the application after receipt of the Forensic report.
