The prayer of the petitioner is to direct the Trial Court to also consider the case against the accused persons for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Since it is open for the petitioner to make such prayer to the Trial Court, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the present criminal writ petition reserving the liberty in favour of the petitioner to take out appropriate proceedings. If such proceedings are taken out by the petitioner, the same be decided by the Trial Court in accordance with law without being influenced by the disposal of this criminal writ petition. 3.

With these observations, the criminal writ petition stands disposed of.
