Pursuant to the order dated 13.04.2023 the petitioners have filed revision under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. It is informed that the Joint Registrar, who was to consider the stay application has attained the age of superannuation on 30.04.2023. On 02.05.2023 the District Deputy Registrar holding the charge of the office of Joint Registrar was not available for further hearing.

In view of aforesaid, the protection granted by the order dated 13.04.2023 is extended for a period of three weeks to enable the stay application to be heard.

The civil application is disposed of.
