The application is for grant of bail. After hearing learned counsel for the applicant to some extent, when the Court expressed that the Court is not inclined to grant bail as alleged incident was initiated at the behest of the present applicant. The learned APP informed that charge is framed and case is already fixed for recording evidence. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh application, if trial is not concluded within eight months.
