The applicant is already released on interim bail by this Court vide order dated 20/07/2020. 3.

I have perused the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the State.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor could not point out any other ground so as to reject the bail of the applicant. This Court has already considered the merits of this application. In this view of the matter, this Court is inclined to confirm the interim bail granted to the applicant by order dated 20/07/2020 on the same conditions.

Needless to mention that the observations made in this application are strictly for deciding the

The criminal application is disposed of accordingly.
