Heard Shri D.N. Dani, the learned advocate for the applicant/ petitioner.
The registration of the writ petition was refused for non-removal of the office objections. Considering these facts, without issuing notice to the non-applicants and accepting the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 51 days in filing the Miscellaneous Civil Application is condoned. The application is allowed.
For the same reasons the Miscellaneous Civil Application is also allowed.
The order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 13th April, 2015 is set aside and the writ petition is restored.

If the office objections are not removed within two weeks, the petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court with costs quantified at Rs.One Thousand to be deposited by the petitioner with High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.
