Learned counsel Shri S.V. Ingole for the applicant submits that now the paper-book is ready and he will be filing the same within a period of two weeks from today. 4.
For the reasons stated in the applications, the civil application and the misc. civil application are allowed. Delay of 18 .....2/-
cao1433.18 43 days is hereby condoned. The first appeal is restored to file. 5.
Learned counsel for the applicant to file the private paper-book within a period of 3 weeks from today. 6.
