The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 62 of 2018 registered with Ramdaspeth Police Station, Akola for offences punishable under section 354(D), 341 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Both the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP Shri N.B.Jawade agree that the offences are bailable. Since the offences are bailable, the question of entertaining the application for anticipatory bail does not arise.
