DATED : 07-07-2017 Democratically, respondent No.3 has decided to shift its market yard to a new place. The petitioner traders are trying to avoid the same.

Both sides are filing photographs on record to point out that construction of new complex is either not satisfactory or satisfactory.

We are not willing to examine the issue in this writ petition. When a body supposed to monitor and regulate marketing of agricultural produce has constructed new market yard and wants to shift their, the petitioners can oppose majority of decision, only democratically and not by picking up such objections. No malafides are being pleaded.

We, therefore, find no case. The petition is rejected. No costs.
