DATE : 16.6.2015 Heard Shri Rohit Joshi, the learned advocate for the applicants/petitioners. Shri R.M. Sharma, the learned advocate who represented the respondent no.1 has submitted that the copy of the civil application was served on him and it is given to the respondent no.1, however, he has not received any instructions. Considering the request made on behalf of the applicants/petitioners and as the learned advocate for the respondent no.1 has "no instructions", the following order is passed : The applicants/petitioners are granted ten days time to deposit 25% of the amount.
2 caw1106.15 The applicants/petitioners undertake to deposit the balance amount till 15th July, 2015.
In default on the part of the applicants/petitioners to pay the amount as directed above, the interim order granted by the subordinate Court shall stand vacated without reference to Court. The civil application is allowed in the above terms. JUDGE Tambaskar.
