DATED : 18 th JUNE, This Criminal Application No. 803 of 2024 has been filed on behalf of Investigating Officer and seeks permission to file charge-sheet.

By order dated 04.12.2020, the Investigating Officer was directed not to file charge-sheet without permission to this Court. It appears that now investigation is over and it is stated in the First Information Report that the offence transpiring is under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

The Investigating Officer is allowed to file chargesheet within a period of two weeks from today. Copy of the same be given to the applicant within a period of one week thereafter. The application is disposed of.

After going through the charge-sheet, if advised, the applicant may carry out the amendment to the application on or before 22.07.2024. Copy of amended application along with charge-sheet be given to the other side in advance.
