The issue raised in the present Appeal had come up for consideration in Income Tax Appeal No. 28/2013 dated 20th June, 2013 and in Income Tax Appeal No.62/2013 dated 6th September 2013, both decided by this Court.

In view of dismissal of the Appeals by the Division Bench of this Court on identical facts, we do not find that an interference at the hands of this Court is required. Income Tax Appeal is dismissed.
