Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

According to the applicant, the electricity supply charges directed to be borne by the non-applicant to the extent of 25% are on a lower side and that quantum deserves to be enhanced. It is informed that in the civil suit the evidence of the plaintiff is completed and the defendant is leading his evidence. The proceedings in the suit have already been expedited. The direction to bear 25% of the monthly electricity charges is subject to final adjudication made in the suit. It is always open for the applicant to lead appropriate evidence and seeks enhancement in the amount of electricity supply charges in the trial Court. Hence I do not find any error apparent on the face of the record. Miscellaneous Civil Application is accordingly rejected. JUDGE Andurkar.
