DATED : 13-08-2021 The applicant is seeking bail in connection with Crime 408/2021 registered with Police Station, Patur, Tah. Patur, District Akola for the offences punsishable under Sections 188, 272, 273 and 328 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 59, 26(2)(i), 26(2)(iv) and 30(2)(a) of the Food Safety and Standards Act. 2.
It is not in dispute that when the business establishment of the applicant was raided allegedly on the basis of disclosure made by co-accused to the effect that they purchased prohibited tobacco products from the applicant, nothing incriminatory was seized.

Co-accused from whom prohibited tobacco products is seized are released on bail.

The application is allowed.

The applicant be released on furnishing PR bond of 16,000/- (Rupees Sixteen Thousand) with solvent ࠡ⢉ surety of like amount on following conditions. (a) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or make any attempt to influence the witnesses, directly or indirectly.
(b) The applicant shall not leave the country without the permission of the jurisdictional Court.
