DATE : May 03, 2018 By this application it is prayed that the petitioner No.1 be permitted to pay the amount of maintenance from January 2016 to the respondent No.3-Society subject to final adjudication of the writ petition. Reference is made to the document at page 9 of the civil application in which the Society has informed the petitioner No.1 that the amount of maintenance would be accepted if so directed by the Court.

The respondent No.3-Society has been recently served. The civil application is allowed considering the statements made therein. The petitioner No.1 is permitted to pay the amount of maintenance from January 2016 to the respondent No.3-Society. This payment would be without prejudice to the rights of the
