On 19.7.2018 the appellant and his counsel, both are absent. On 24.08.2017, the notice for engagement of another counsel was served upon the appellant. However, the appellant remained absent on the last occasion as well as on today. The matter was listed today for dismissal, however, the appellant and his counsel failed to remain present in the court. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal any further. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
