We have seen the additional affidavit dated 11.11.2024 filed by the petitioner, wherein the grievance is made that balance amount Rs. 1,45, 989/- is not paid.

This Court, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India cannot go into the calculation, however we are of the view that petitioner's claim put forth by the petitioner in additional affidavit dated 11.11.2024 can be looked into by any of the officer above the rank of Project Officer and after considering the claim, communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner within a period of 12 weeks from today, after hearing the petitioner, if so required.
