Heard learned Counsel Shri Bhise for the applicant and Shri Kadu, learned APP for the respondent/State. 3.

Perused the reply filed by the prosecution. As per para 5 of the reply, weapon used in the crime came to seized from the co-accused. The applicant not played active role in the commission of crime. The applicant was already granted anticipatory bail on 18.06.2020. Custodial interrogation of the application is not required. Hence, anticipatory bail granted on 18.06.2020 is confirmed. 4.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
