This application is of respondent - wife seeking permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Fifty Thousand) deposited by the petitioner - husband towards maintenance.

In view of that respondent - wife is entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Fifty Thousand) deposited in the Court and the amount be disbursed accordingly.
