This is an application filed by the applicant under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that charge-sheet is likely to be filed within a few days. Therefore, she seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh application, after filing of the charge-sheet in change in circumstances.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw the application and liberty is granted to file a fresh after filing of the charge-sheet.

Criminal application is disposed of.
