At the outset, it may be mentioned here that the present applicant has withdrawn his earlier two applications and his third application was rejected on merits and today this is his fourth application.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties for sometime, when the court expressed its mind, not to grant the present application, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application.
