Today also counsel for the petitioner is absent. (2) By this writ petition the petitioner is challenging the order dated 31.12.2015 passed by the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Pauni, District Bhandara appointing the Liquidator, which is confirmed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Nagpur by order dated 31.05.2016 dismissing the revision filed on behalf of the petitioner.

(3) Today, Shri I.J. Damle, learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions from the Department submitted that the Liquidator has already taken charge of petitioner - Society on 24.02.2020.

(4) The statement is accepted. In view of the fact that the Liquidator so appointed has already taken charge and the said aspect is not challenged in this writ petition, nothing services in this writ petition. The writ petition disposed of as such. No order as to costs.
