Bhise, Advocate for petitioner Shri A.M. Balpande, AGP for respondent nos.1 to 3 CORAM : SMT. VASANTI A. NAIK AND MRS. SWAPNA JOSHI, JJ.

DATE : 21.06.2016 The only prayer made by the petitioner in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondent no.3 - Tahsildar to decide the application made by the petitioner for mutating the names of the petitioner and the other legal heirs in the revenue records, on the death of the husband of the petitioner. It is stated that though the petitioner has applied for mutating the names of the petitioner and the other legal heirs of the deceased in July, 2015, the application is not being decided by the Tahsildar.

Since the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner is innocuous, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no.3 to decide the application of the petitioner, if not decided, within a period of four months, in accordance with law. Order accordingly. No costs.
