ATE : JANUARY 21, 2025 1) Mr.Kale, learned Counsel for respondent No.1, upon instructions makes a statement that 50% of the pension payable to the petitioner has already been paid, the arrears on account of 50% balance would be cleared within a period of three months and 100% pension would be payable to the petitioner from 1st February 2025. The gratuity according to him would be paid within a period of two weeks.

2) He further submits that the decision regarding amount of leave encashment payable to the petitioner shall be taken within a period of four weeks from today.
