The learned counsel for the petitioner states that after the filing of the petition, the services of the petitioner are terminated and the petitioner has filed an appeal challenging the termination order. It is stated that the order, of which the contempt is alleged, cannot be implemented as the petitioner's services are terminated.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel, the contempt petition is disposed of with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE APTE
