This is an appeal against the acquittal order. Today, none is present for the appellant. Similar is the situation on 11/03/2020. On 10/10/2019, the learned Advocate for the appellant was given time to place on record necessary correspondence made with the appellant. It is made clear that without the said correspondence, no valid discharge can be given. There is no progress in that behalf.

Earlier orders dated 13/09/2019 and 19/09/2019 mention that the warrant issued against the respondent is pending for service. Ultimately, it will be the job of the appellant to pursue. It seems that the appellant has lost interest in prosecuting the appeal further.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. JUDGE *sandesh
